Reer Mama
Reer Mama Exercise Ball
Even during pregnancy, it’s important to get enough exercise. Not only to keep fit, but also to prepare in the best possible way for the upcoming birth. Pregnant bodies have special needs: some movements are uncomfortable or not as easy as they used to be. It’s time for gentle alternatives!
The reer Mama exercise ball is a versatile and effective aid that you can use without hesitation during pregnancy and after you give birth. It not only allows you to do effective sports exercises with a baby bump, but also makes it easier for you to sit during pregnancy and supports you during postnatal exercises.

Versatile use
Versatile use Ideal before and after birth
The exercise ball can be used in a variety of ways both during and after pregnancy. With a diameter of approx. 65 cm, it is suitable for everyone between 155 cm and 175 cm tall.
The ball can relieve your back when sitting for long periods of time and can therefore help to prevent back problems. It is also ideal for doing various sports exercises that specifically strengthen the muscles you need for pregnancy and birth. The ball can also be used in various ways after birth. While many include it in postnatal exercises, you can also use it to calm your baby.

Varied exercises
Varied exercises for keeping fit effectively during pregnancy
Even during pregnancy, it’s important to get enough exercise. Light pregnancy exercises are good for you and your unborn baby. They can even make the birth easier on you, as they help your baby get into the best position in preparation for delivery. Exercise balls are a practical aid for pregnancy exercises. They’re especially suitable for performing a wide range of exercises that move the body in a variety of ways without putting too much strain on it.
Anti-burst system
Anti-burst system for safe use
To minimise the risk of falling while using the ball, it has been equipped with an anti-burst system in addition to its non-slip material. This prevents the sudden bursting of the ball and thus ensures maximum safety during training (if the safety instructions and proper use and storage are observed). Unlike other balls, which can burst if damaged by sharp objects and cause injuries and falls, the air in the reer Mama exercise ball escapes slowly to prevent the ball from bursting abruptly.
Protects your back
Protects your back A comfortable seating alternative
Do you sit at your desk a lot? Then you’ll soon notice that your growing belly changes your posture. Rather than sitting up straight, your upper body will start to slump forward. To reduce back tension and relieve your back, you can replace your normal chair with an exercise ball. This promotes a straight, upright posture, which has a relieving effect on your back muscles. It is also a soft alternative to hard chair surfaces. This makes for gentler sitting when, for example, your baby has already slipped far into your pelvis, or when the vaginal area is especially sensitive after birth.
Also useful after birth
Also useful after birth for postnatal exercises or to calm your baby
After birth, your body needs time to adjust, which is why you should wait at least two weeks before starting postnatal exercises. In addition to postnatal exercise classes, you can also do simple exercises at home with an exercise ball.
Your baby will love the exercise ball too. Many parents use the ball to calm their baby in their arms. The bouncing movements simulate the familiar feeling from the womb and relax the child better than when they are put down.

Incl. pump and exercise instructions
Incl. pump and exercise instructions with simple exercises and tips
With the exercise ball, you will also receive a manual with exercises that you can do during pregnancy and after birth. These include exercises that can stimulate your circulation, stretch your entire body or only relieve or strengthen specific areas (e.g. back, pelvic floor, etc.). You’ll also find helpful tips on how to use the exercise ball, for example to sit more comfortably during pregnancy. Thanks to the included pump, the ball is ready for quick use.
