The reer Mama acupressure armband provides you with a natural method of dealing with morning sickness – completely free of side effects or medication.

Nausea and morning sickness can put a dampener on the enjoyment of pregnancy. Unfortunately, though, up to 80 % of all women are affected by morning sickness in the early stages of their pregnancy. For some, it can even last for the entire pregnancy. But, where possible, medicated treatment should be avoided during pregnancy so as not to harm the unborn child.

The anti-nausea armbands work according to the principle of acupressure. Acupressure applies gentle massage pressure on specific points on the body. This should reduce certain symptoms. According to shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine, the pericardium 6 is a pressure point that works against nausea.
Simple and quick to use
in just 2 - 5 minutes
In addition to its gentle mode of action, the acupressure band is also characterised by its easy use. The pericardium 6 pressure point, also known as the Nei Guan point, is easy to find. Simply take your 3 middle fingers and position them such that your ring finger lies on your wrist joint. The Nei Guan point can be found under your index finger between the two tendons. It is right here that the incorporated plastic nub of our acupressure armband must now be placed. Once the bands are applied, it takes approx. two to five minutes until the bands become effective. Please note: The bands must be worn on both wrists at the same time.

To ensure it's comfortable to wear, the armband has been made of flexible and skin-friendly material. The elastic band provides a good hold with the necessary pressure without constricting or cutting into the arm (for a maximum wrist circumference of 16 cm). The comfortable wear of the armband means it can even be worn for hours or overnight without impacting everyday life or sleep.
Washable armband

For long, hygienic application, reer recommends that the armband is given regular, gentle cleaning. Simply clean the bands with warm soapy water and rinse under clear running water. The armbands must be fully dry before reuse. So that there are replacement bands available during this time, the set consists of 4 acupressure bands.
